I specialize in Neck and Shoulder pain during my career as a massafe therapist I have work with an enormous amount of people contending with painful neck and shoulder pain. I have learned a host of Massage techniques, that address the whole body to give you long term results especially if you suffer with tension headaches,migraines, vertigo as a massage therapist I see the same Defensive Posturing manifesting predominantly in neck and shoulders, as a result to the stressful environment we now live in its my passion to help facilitate freedom and stress reduction from the frustration of feeling trapped in a body that doesn't give you the support you need to thrive in active lifestyle
