  • A nurturing therapeutic massage designed to support the body’s changing needs throughout pregnancy.

As the body adapts to pregnancy, many mothers experience tension through the low back, hips, shoulders, and legs. This gentle treatment focuses on relieving muscular strain while encouraging relaxation and healthy circulation.

Supportive pillows, bolsters, and specialized positioning are used to ensure comfort and reduce pressure throughout the session.

Our nourishing prenatal lotion, formulated with skin-supportive oils and gentle botanicals, hydrates the skin while allowing smooth, calming bodywork tailored to each stage of pregnancy. Warm compresses may be applied through the hips and shoulders to ease tension, and a small amount of Deep Blue soothing blend may be incorporated for sore areas when appropriate.

If needed, gentle lymphatic techniques and lymphatic oil may be used through the legs to support circulation and reduce swelling.

This calming session helps mothers feel more comfortable, supported, and relaxed during pregnancy.

  • An extended prenatal session designed to support the body as it adjusts throughout pregnancy.

This treatment focuses on relieving tension through the low back, hips, shoulders, and legs, areas commonly strained as the body changes during pregnancy. Supportive pillows, bolsters, and side-lying positioning ensure comfort and relaxation throughout the session.

Our nourishing prenatal lotion hydrates the skin while allowing smooth therapeutic bodywork. Warm compresses are applied through the hips and shoulders to soften tight muscles, and Deep Blue soothing blend may be incorporated to relieve areas of deeper muscular tension.

Additional time allows for more focused work through the hips, glutes, and low back, while gentle lymphatic techniques and lymphatic oil may be applied through the legs to encourage circulation and reduce swelling.

This restorative session helps mothers feel more balanced, relaxed, and supported as pregnancy progresses.

  • A comprehensive prenatal session designed to support full-body comfort and relaxation throughout pregnancy.

This extended treatment allows time to address the neck, shoulders, back, hips, and legs, helping relieve tension caused by the body’s shifting posture and growing baby.

Supportive pillows and side-lying positioning ensure comfort while our nourishing prenatal lotion hydrates the skin and supports smooth therapeutic bodywork.

Warm compresses through the hips and shoulders help soften tight muscles, while Deep Blue soothing blend may be incorporated to relieve persistent tension through the back, hips, or shoulders.

Gentle lymphatic techniques and lymphatic oil may be used through the legs to encourage healthy circulation and support reduction of pregnancy-related swelling.

This deeply restorative session helps mothers feel comfortable, supported, and relaxed as their body prepares for birth.

  • Structural + Nervous System Birth Prep

Designed specifically for the second trimester window,

this corrective session focuses on optimizing pelvic

balance, fascial mobility, and nervous system

    regulation before late-pregnancy compensation

    patterns set in.

As the uterus expands and baby transitions upward,

subtle asymmetries in the pelvis, sacrum, ribcage, and

abdominal fascia can influence positioning, discomfort,

and later labor dynamics. This treatment integrates

    corrective clinical bodywork, pelvic balancing

techniques, cranial-fascial support, and gentle visceral

mobilization to encourage alignment and freedom of

    movement within the abdominal space.

    Targeted work may address:

    • Sacral alignment and hip balance

    • Round ligament tension

    • Pubic symphysis discomfort

    • Early sciatic patterns

    • Rib restriction as diaphragm adapts

    • Nervous system regulation for hormonal shifts

This is not simply relaxation — it is proactive

    preparation.

Ideal between 18–28 weeks, this session helps create

space, balance, and resilience before transitioning into

more focused third-trimester birth prep work.

You’ll leave feeling grounded, aligned, and supported —

with your body working with pregnancy, not against it.

  • (90) Second Trimester Pelvic Optimization Intensive

Structural + Nervous System Birth Prep

A comprehensive second-trimester session designed to

proactively optimize pelvic balance, fascial mobility,

and nervous system regulation before late-pregnancy

    compensation patterns develop.

As the uterus expands and baby rises, subtle

asymmetries in the pelvis, sacrum, ribcage, and

abdominal fascia can influence positioning, discomfort,

and future labor dynamics. This 90-minute intensive

allows time to address the full structural chain — not

    just localized tension.

This session integrates corrective clinical bodywork,

    pelvic balancing techniques, cranial-fascial therapy,

gentle visceral mobilization, and targeted diaphragmatic

work to support alignment, circulation, and space

    within the abdominal cavity.

    Focused attention may include:

    • Sacral and hip balancing

    • Round ligament and anterior pelvic tension

    • Pubic symphysis stabilization

    • Early sciatic or lumbar compensation

    • Rib and diaphragm mobility

    • Abdominal fascial glide

    • Nervous system regulation for hormonal and postural

    shifts

With extended time, we are able to work more slowly

and thoroughly — allowing deeper integration and

    recalibration rather than surface-level relief.

Ideal between 18–30 weeks, this session builds

resilience and balance before transitioning into third-

    trimester birth-specific positioning work.

You’ll leave feeling grounded, spacious, aligned, and

supported — with your body working efficiently with

    pregnancy as it evolves.

  • A specialized therapeutic session designed to help prepare the body for a more balanced, supported birthing experience during the final weeks of pregnancy.

This highly customized treatment focuses on restoring mobility, softness, and functional balance through the muscles and fascial structures that influence pelvic positioning and birth mechanics.

Targeted work is performed through the low back, sacrum, hips, lateral body, hip flexors, glutes, and legs to release tension patterns that can restrict pelvic movement. Gentle pelvic floor preparation and diaphragmatic integration help encourage an open, responsive pelvic bowl to support the natural birthing process.

Techniques may include myofascial release, structural bodywork, pelvic balancing, rib and diaphragm integration, and nervous system regulation to help the body shift from protective tension into a more receptive state for labor.

Many mothers schedule one to two sessions during the final month of pregnancy to support optimal pelvic mobility and birth readiness.
