The fascia release techniques being used are gentle, and transformative. They are designed to help babies express and integrate their natural reflexes into movement. Along with digestive work to release and relax the abdominal compartment and help promote healthy bowel movements with greater ease. These techniques encourages and enables babies to move their bodies freely and naturally which can promote comfort and well-being paving the way for baby to feed, sleep and explore their world with ease and joy.

  • The Infant Massage Class Series offers a six-week course with weekly one-hour sessions designed to teach parents gentle massage techniques that enhance bonding and relaxation for their infants. Each class focuses on a full-body session, culminating in an in-depth exploration of digestive massage and myofascial techniques to support reflex integration and promote a full range of movements. Participants revive their choice of a Warmie hot pack animal and soothing digestive oil.
